The Installation Lubrication and Maintenance of Planetary Reducer
When the equipment is running, please do not hit with a hammer or similar objects to prevent damage to the bearings or gears due to excessive axial or radial forces. We must tighten the bolts of these equipment before tightening the bolts. In front of the equipment, the electric motor is connected to the input shaft of the control system through network connection, positioning the planetary reducer. Use gasoline or zinc-sodium water to wipe the anti-rust oil away on different parts. The purpose is to ensure the tightness of the network connection and the flexibility of work, to prevent unnecessary losses.
Before connecting the motor and reducer, the keyway shaft and fastening bolts of the motor should not be straight. In order to ensure even force, firstly tighten the equipment bolts a little bit in any restraining position, but do not tighten them, and then use four equipment bolts to tighten the other two equipment bolts at the opposite positions one by one. Finally, tighten the fastening bolts. All fastening bolt materials need to be fixed according to the marked fixing torque analysis data information and checked with a torque wrench.

Lubrication and maintenance of reducer:
Before put into use, put the required type and amount of grease into reducer.
Before operation, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the reducer to reduce the viscosity of the lubricating oil. The reducer usually needs to be equipped with an oil filling hole and an oil drain plug. Therefore, the development direction of related equipment must be specified when ordering the reducer.
