It is necessary to search and check whether there is leakage at each seal and contact.
If there is a problem, it needs to be handled in time.
During the operation of the reducer, the temperature rise of lubricating oil shall not be higher than 35 ℃, and the temperature of moving bearing shall not be higher than 80 ℃.
When assembling the motor of the reducer, grease shall be applied to the inner hole wall and keyway of the worm head to avoid tight assembly and rust of the shaft hole for a long time.
