QJY Series Crane Reducer

The QJY series reducer is a hard-tooth surface crane reducer developed according to market demand. The full series includes three types: QJY (three pivot support type), QJYD (foot mounting), QJYA (hollow shaft type) and twelve basic types ( The specific form is shown in Figure 1).
This series of reducer gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is carburized and hardened, and is ground forming. It has large load-bearing capacity (1.8-2.4 times higher than QJR and QJS reducers), high transmission efficiency, reliable use, and long life. advantage.
QJY series reducers are suitable for various related mechanisms of cranes, and can also be used in the transmission mechanism of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, light industry and so on.
The working conditions of the reducer meet the following requirements:
a) The speed of the high-speed shaft of the reducer is not more than 1500r/min.
b) Working environment temperature is -40～+50℃.
c) It can run in both forward and reverse directions.
