How To Install A Planetary Reducer,Planetary Gearbox?
First, above all, confirm before installation whether the motor and the planetary reducer are intact, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected to the motor and the planetary reducer match. Here is the installation flange of the motor, the positioning convex platform, the output shaft and the reducer groove and the coordination tolerances.
Step 2: Connect the motor to the planetary reducer naturally. When connection, the reducer output shaft and the motor input shaft are concentric, and the lateral flange is parallel. As with inconsistent consistency, motor shaft fracture or reducer gear wear. During installation, it is not prohibited to strike with hammers to prevent excessive axial or radial damage to the bearing or gear. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before twisting the tight force bolts. Before installation, the rust-proof oil of the motor input shaft, positioning convex platform and reducer connection site shall be wiped clean with gasoline or zinc and sodium water. The purpose is to ensure the tightness and flexibility and to prevent unnecessary wear. Vertical the motor shaft key slot to the tightening bolt before the motor connects to the planetary reducer. In order to ensure the uniform force, first screw the installation bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten, and then spin the other two diagonal position installation bolts and finally screw the four installation bolts one by one.
Finally, spin the tight force bolt. All tension bolts shall be fixed and checked by torque plate to the indicated fixed torque data. In fact, there is no need to worry about the correct installation between planetary reducer and mechanical equipment and the correct installation between planetary reducer and drive motor. The key is to ensure that the output axis of the planetary reducer is the concentricity of the driven axis.
