1. Look at the quality of the double arm
The double swing arm refers to the support on both sides of the gear of the planet carrier. When the output shaft is driven with load, the gear will not deviate in the opposite direction, and there is a high-speed bearing at the connection between the planet carrier and the input shaft to make the gear transmission more stable.
2. Look at the quality of the input shaft
The input shaft is divided into an integral input shaft and a split input shaft. The one-piece structure eliminates the error of the connection between the input shaft and the sun gear, making it more accurate, more concentric, with greater torque, and more stable transmission.
3. Look at the quality of the ring gear
If a split structure is adopted, most of the inner gear ring adopts pull teeth, and then the gear ring is inserted into the box body. Some manufacturers use shapers. What material is used for the ring gear? Is there any surface treatment? These two aspects are closely related to the quality of the ring gear and require special attention.
