Application of reducer industry
Reducer is a kind of power transmission mechanism, which is essential in the dust removal system. It mainly uses the gear speed converter to slow down the reverse speed of electromechanical (motor) to the required reverse speed, and get a larger torque mechanism.
In today’s transmission of power and motion mechanism, reducer is widely used. It can be seen in the transmission system of all kinds of machinery, from ships, automobiles and locomotives of vehicles, heavy machinery and tools for construction, processing machines and automatic production equipment used in machinery industry, and household appliances, clocks and clocks commonly used in daily life. Its application from large power transmission work, to small load, accurate angle transmission can see the application of reducer. In industrial application, the reducer has the function of reducing speed and increasing torque, which is widely used in the conversion equipment of speed and torque.
In addition to the reducer output end assembly concentricity is not good, resulting in reducer shaft fracture, if the reducer output shaft is broken, there are no more than the following reasons.
First of all, the wrong type selection results in insufficient output of the reducer. Some users mistakenly think that as long as the rated output torque of the selected reducer meets the working requirements, in fact, it is not. First, the rated output torque of the matched motor multiplied by the reduction ratio will, in principle, be less than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided by the product sample; second, the overload capacity of the drive motor and the actual demand should be considered at the same time Large working torque.
In theory, the maximum working torque required by the user must be less than 2 times of the rated output torque of the reducer. Especially in some applications, this criterion must be strictly observed. This is not only to protect the reducer, but also to prevent the output shaft of the reducer from being twisted. This is mainly because, if there is a problem in the installation of the equipment, the output shaft of the reducer and its load are stuck. At this time, the overload capacity of the drive motor will still make it continuously increase its output, and then, the output shaft of the reducer may be twisted if the force borne by the output shaft of the reducer exceeds 2 times of its rated output torque.
