1、 Planetary gear reducer is an industrial product.
Planetary reducer is a transmission mechanism. The gear material is made of high-quality alloy steel and treated by carbonitriding to obtain the best wear resistance and impact toughness. In order to reduce the impact and noise of gear meshing and increase the service life of gear train, the finite element analysis of gear strength is carried out by using ANSYS technology, and the tooth surface shape and lead are trimmed at the same time. The output planet carrier adopts integrated (double support) structure design, and the front and rear bearings are distributed in the box with large span to form a stable integrated structure to ensure high torsional rigidity and accuracy.
The gear ring and the output housing are designed in an integrated way. High quality steel is used and hot forged to obtain high material density. The integrated design can ensure that all geometric dimensions can be processed at one time, and has higher precision and strength than other embedded and clamping structures. The input shaft and locking device adopt integrated design, and the double bolts are symmetrically distributed to achieve dynamic balance. 2、 RV Reducer is a new type of reducer.
It is developed on the basis of the traditional pin pendulum planetary reducer. It not only overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary pin pendulum reducer, but also has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, stable operation, low noise, compact structure, light weight, small volume, reliable use, long service life and wide range of reduction ratio. Light weight streamlined design, steel body, light and short machine, greatly reduced volume compared with traditional planetary reducer, can save installation space. It has the advantages of true round tooth shape, large tooth belly, strong compression resistance, no interference and no tooth collapse, and can withstand frequent positive reverse and instant emergency stop inertial impact. Double row structure, load dispersion, mechanism balance, circular gear design, low wear, noise and temperature rise are lower than other reducers. Linear contact transmission, with small friction coefficient, high efficiency, large output torque and low inertia, is a kind of precise rigid transmission. The rigid transmission track is also closest to the ideal working curve, which is slightly different from the cycloidal or harmonious transmission design of some original components using rolling elements. Due to the improved design of double conjugate working curve and flexible pin output device, the high precision backlash can be controlled within arcsec. Long term grease lubrication, no maintenance and unlimited installation direction. There are bobbin clamping type and keyway type for selection.
